Dr. Lincoln Hernandez:

Dr. Hernandez completed his internal medicine residency at NYU Downtown Hospital. This was followed by a fellowship in Clinical Nutrition at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center. During this time he was an Instructor in Clinical Medicine and subsequently became a research fellow at Columbia University’s Celiac Disease Center. He completed his fellowship training in Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Tulane University’s School of Medicine in New Orleans.

After spending some time as a gastroenterologist for Ochsner Clinic, he returned to New York City where he currently practices. His focus areas include: colon cancer screening, polypectomy, upper endoscopy, dyspepsia, celiac disease, anorectal disorders and chronic liver disease.
